Terms and conditions (FAQ)

General:

For all business between customers and spaceshirt.ch the following Terms and conditions apply in their valid wording
at the time of ordering.
Any deviations from these terms and conditions require a written confirmation by Spaceshirt.ch.

Conclusion of a contract:
A contract between the customer and Spaceshirt.ch
is established by the customer placing an order using the ordering form at www.spaceshirt.ch and an email
confirmation of the order by Spaceshirt.ch.
By placing the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Shipping & prices:
We reserve the right to change prices and models at any time.
Depending on the model, printing color and position may be different from the original as shown in the E-Shop.
Standard shipping is by mail and against pre-payment.
For customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein, we can also ship cash on delivery (incurring an additional fee).

All prices excluding packaging, shipping and customs duties.

If shipping cost and/or customs duties are incurred or increased increased between the conclusion of a contract and shipping, or other costs are incurred, these are charged to the customer.

Defects:
The buyer must to examine the condition of the received commodity immediately upon receipt.
If any defects are found, the supplier must be notified by registered letter to Spaceshirt.ch within 5 working days (postmarked) after receiving the commodity
Exchange or return commodity is only accepted after prior consent by Spaceshirt.ch.
Commodity must be returned by registered mail. The full risk of incorrect return shipping remains with the buyer.

If one or more terms and conditions of this agreement do not apply, this does not invalidate the other terms and conditions. The invalid term or condition is replaced by the relevant legal term or condition. The contract is subject to Swiss law. For all disputes, the courts of competent jurisdiction are the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, with an option to appeal to the Swiss Federal Court. Spaceshirt.ch reserves the right to raise a complaint with any other court, while still applying Swiss law.
